GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
Warranty applies to all products purchased at CUBES ASIA. Warranty period is 1 year unless otherwise notified. The warranty period starts from the first date of invoice.
CUBES ASIA is not responsible for the warranty of its products if sold by an authorized dealer but may accept repairs if the authorized dealer requests repairs.
Warranty for brands represented by CUBES ASIA does not apply if such products were not purchased in VIETNAM unless the manufacturer requests repairs.
Warranty is applicable only upon presentation of the original invoice or receipt (indicating date of purchase, product type and authorized dealer name) along with the defective product. We reserve the right to refuse free warranty service if the above documents cannot be presented or if the information contained therein is incomplete or unclear.
The warranty covers all damages due to defective materials or assembly, the product must be used properly and carefully and must be protected from damage.
This guarantee does not include any of the following:
- Repair or replace parts due to natural wear and tear.
- Any changes to upgrade the product beyond its normal purpose as described in the user manual.
Damage caused by the items listed below will void the warranty:
- The warranty seal is broken;
- The product has been modified;
- Misuse, including but not limited to failure to use the product for its intended purpose or failure to follow the instructions for use and maintenance;
- Foreign objects (e.g. rocks, wood, paper clips) mixed with coffee beans or using unsuitable coffee beans can cause the grinder to clog.
- Install or use the product in a manner inconsistent with the technical or safety standards in force in the country of use.
- Attempted repairs by unauthorized Service Stations or Dealers or the customer themselves;
- Due to risks, natural disasters, fire, water, inadequate ventilation or any other situation beyond the control of CUBES.
