Policy of the product returns

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Please inspect the goods thoroughly upon delivery.

  • Customers in Ho Chi Minh City may visit our showroom directly for exchanges or warranty services.

  • Eligible products for exchange/return must not be on the "Restricted Products List" (as per the attached list).

  • Products must be 100% intact with original tags, labels, packaging, and seals (no scratches, tears, dents, or cracks) and include all original accessories.

  • Goods must undergo a technical assessment to confirm they are unused and must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.

  • The exchange/return process begins once the package is returned to the warehouse of Cubes Asia Co., Ltd.

  • Exchanges must be requested within the specified timeframe.

  • Note: Products that do not meet the above conditions will be automatically returned to the shipping address provided in your order.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS

2.1 Eligible Cases for Exchange

All items purchased from vinbarista.com or our showroom system that are not on the Restricted List are eligible for exchange under the following circumstances:

2.1.1 Manufacturer Defects

Requests made within 24 hours from the time of signing the "Delivery Note" are eligible for exchange (free shipping).

  • You may exchange the item for a new product of equal or higher value.

  • Customers will receive free shipping and installation but must pay the price difference (if any).

2.1.2 Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Items

You must carefully check the product information and physical condition before signing the "Delivery Note."

2.1.3 Exclusions

Exchange policies do not apply to any cases other than those specified above.

2.2 Conditions for Exchange

We only accept exchanges if the following conditions are met:

  • Original Invoice: Must be intact, not torn, or patched.

  • Packaging: Must include the original box and packaging.

  • Completeness: Must include all parts, details, and accompanying accessories.

  • Documentation: Must include the warranty card, brand tags, technical manuals, and promotional gifts (if any).

  • Data: For devices with storage, there must be no user data saved.

  • Condition: The product must not be scratched or damaged due to user impact or other non-manufacturer causes.

Important Timelines:

  • After 24 hours from the date of signing the "Delivery Note," VINBARISTA will not resolve any exchange requests.

  • After 24 hours from receipt of goods, VINBARISTA reserves the right to refuse support for claims based on the contents mentioned above.
