Transportation scheme

VINBARISTA will try our best to offer best transportation to customers. We deliver goods to all region of Vietnam with the policy as below:

1. FREE SHIPPING

VINBARISTA offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders with a total value exceeding 1,000,000 VNĐ.

2. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of the goods and the delivery location. The specific shipping cost, determined by our logistics partners, will be displayed during the final checkout step on Vinbarista.com.

3. DELIVERY TIME

VINBARISTA will ship goods within the agreed timeframe once the ordering process is successfully completed.

  • Average delivery time: 2 – 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

  • For Credit Card or Bank Transfer payments: The processing time begins only after VINBARISTA has received the full payment confirmation.

Note: VINBARISTA reserves the right to adjust delivery times without prior notice in the event of natural disasters or other extraordinary circumstances.

Delivery Attempts

  • Your order will be delivered a maximum of 2 times.

  • If the first attempt is unsuccessful, our staff will contact you to schedule a second delivery.

  • We will attempt to reach you over the next 2 business days (via SMS or direct call). If we are unable to establish contact or receive no response, the order will be cancelled.

4. RECEIVING PROCEDURE

Upon receiving your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the quantity of items.

  2. Inspect the condition of the goods.

  3. Receive direct usage instructions from our staff (if applicable).

  4. Sign for confirmation and apply a company stamp (if applicable).

Damaged Goods & Liability

Please inspect the products thoroughly upon arrival. If you notice any damage caused by manufacturing or transportation (e.g., torn packaging, breakage, or scratches), you have the right to refuse the delivery.

Important: Once you have signed for and accepted the goods, VINBARISTA will not be held responsible for any subsequent claims regarding the physical condition of the items. For customers choosing "Cash on Delivery," please complete the payment and sign the confirmation with the delivery personnel.
