Doppio - Italian Spirit 

The name Doppio is Italian and stands for a double shot espresso as it is ordered the many cosy cafes around the Mediterranean Sea. 
It is our mission to design and engineer reliable and easy to use espresso machines that provide baristas with the perfect tool to get the most out of each coffee blend - consistent and reliable.
We believe that simplicity wins and create equipment that is pure and essential yet has all the technical specification needed to optimize the extraction process.

Halo 

The Halo Line of espresso machines is named after the aura of light and carries the spirit of the Italian tradition inside a modern form. 
The machines come in black and white coated carbon steel and are available in a 1 and a 2 group configuration. 
- Each group has a dedicated temperature display and shot timer so the barista has the utmost control over each shot. 
- ⁠with a PID system the temperature for each group can be set to suit the desired extraction temperature 
- ⁠The pre-infusion settings allow a precise control of the wetting of the coffee puck
- ⁠Dedicated boilers for each group and a separate steam boiler ensure temperature stability and high performance 
- ⁠The powerful steam wand is double walled „Cool touch“ so there is no more danger of burning fingers. 
- ⁠The workplace LED lighting ensures that your crafting area is always well lit!
