Payment Guidline

Detailed payment guide via VNPAY Gateway, including popular methods such as VNPAY-QR, bank cards, and Apple Pay.

VNPAY Payment Gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solutions Joint Stock Company (VNPAY), offering the following advantages and features:

• The only provider on the market implementing Credit QR and App-to-App Call features.

• Diverse payment sources: domestic and credit cards.

• Payment methods: Customers can use bank cards/accounts, QR Pay/VNPAY-QR integrated in Mobile Banking apps of partner banks, or linked e-wallets to complete transactions and enter discount codes (if any).

• Payment Link feature: Create and send a payment link to customers during product consultation.

• Tokenization feature: Encrypt customer card numbers and enable one-time card-on-file storage.

• Recurring payment feature: Pre-schedule international card transactions with predefined amount, content, and frequency.

• Authorization feature: Temporarily hold a certain amount within the credit card limit.

• Installment feature: Allow cardholders to register for installment conversion of transactions with card issuers via VNPAY’s system.

Payment methods in VNPAY

1. Payment Method via “VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Application”

Step 1: Select your desired product or service and choose Pay Now or Place Order.
On the checkout page, please review your order, fill in the recipient’s information, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click Place Order Now.

Step 2: The payment page will redirect to the VNPAY Payment Gateway interface. Choose the option “VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Application.”

Step 3: The system will display a QR code along with the payable amount. Please verify the amount.
Open your mobile banking application (from the listed banks), select Scan QR, and scan the QR code shown on the website checkout screen.

Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.
To ensure successful payment, please review the conditions and scanning process on your phone beforehand to avoid expiration issues that may affect your payment or promotional code.

Step 4: Confirm the information, select your payment source (Bank Account / E-Wallet or Credit Card), enter a discount code (if available), and complete the payment.

Once the transaction is successful, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

2. Payment Method via Domestic Card and Bank Account

Step 1: Select your desired product or service and choose Pay Now or Place Order.
On the checkout page, please review your order, fill in the recipient’s information, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click Place Order Now.

Step 2: The payment page will redirect to the VNPAY Payment Gateway interface. Choose the option “Domestic Card and Bank Account” and select the issuing bank from the list.

Step 3: Enter your card/account information as required and click Continue.
An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to complete the transaction.

Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.

Step 4: Once the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

3. Payment Method via International Payment Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)

The process is similar to the Domestic Card and Bank Account payment method.

4. Payment Method via VNPAY E-Wallet

The process is similar to the VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Application method.

5. Payment Method via Apple Pay

Step 1: Access the website using the Safari browser, select your desired product or service, and choose Pay Now or Place Order.
On the checkout page, please review your order, fill in the recipient’s information, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click Place Order Now.

Step 2: The payment page will redirect to the VNPAY Payment Gateway interface. Select “Apple Pay.”

Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.

Step 3: Use Face ID or Touch ID to authorize the payment.

Step 4: Once the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation notification in the application.
