OUR WARRANTY POLICY
GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS:
Warranty applies to all products purchased at Vinbarista, with a 1-year warranty period unless stated otherwise. The warranty begins on the invoice date.
Vinbarista is not responsible for products sold by authorized dealers but may perform repairs upon the dealer’s request. Warranty for brands represented by Vinbarista does not apply to products purchased outside Vietnam, unless requested by the manufacturer.
Warranty service is only provided when the original invoice/receipt (showing purchase date, product type, and dealer name) is presented with the defective product. Missing or unclear documents may result in refusal of free warranty service.
The warranty covers defects in materials or assembly when the product is used correctly and safely.
This guarantee does not include any of the following:
- Repair or replace parts due to natural wear and tear.
- Any changes to upgrade the product beyond its normal purpose as described in the user manual.
Damage caused by the items listed below will void the warranty:
- Warranty seal is broken
- Product is modified
- Misuse or failure to follow usage/maintenance instructions
- Foreign objects (e.g., rocks, wood, metal pieces) mixed with beans causing grinder blockage
- Incorrect installation or use against local technical/safety standards
- Repairs attempted by unauthorized service centers or individuals
- Damage caused by accidents, disasters, fire, water, poor ventilation, or forces beyond Vinbarista’s control
