OUR WARRANTY POLICY
GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS:
Warranty applies to all products purchased from Vinbarista and is valid for a standard period of one (1) year unless otherwise specified. The warranty period begins on the invoice date.
Warranty service will only be provided upon presentation of the original invoice or proof of purchase, clearly showing the purchase date, product details, and dealer information, together with the defective product. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in the denial of complimentary warranty service.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, provided the product has been used properly, safely, and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
This guarantee does not include any of the following:
- Repair or replacement of parts subject to normal wear and tear.
- Any modifications or upgrades made to the product beyond its intended use as described in the user manual.
The warranty will be void in the following circumstances:
- The warranty seal has been damaged, removed, or tampered with
- The product has been altered, modified, or otherwise changed from its original condition
- Improper use or failure to follow operating, cleaning, or maintenance instructions
- Foreign objects (such as stones, wood fragments, or metal pieces) mixed with coffee beans causing damage to or blockage of the grinder
- Improper installation or operation that does not comply with applicable local technical or safety standards
- Repairs or servicing performed by unauthorized service centers or individuals
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, fire, water, inadequate ventilation, or any other circumstances beyond Vinbarista’s reasonable control
