Mango and coconut are two very popular fruits in Vietnam. Almost anyone can make many drinks from these two familiar ingredients. Today we will combine two seemingly very different fruits to create a brand new, delicious drink. Let's start working with us!
Ingredients for making shredded coconut with mango sauce (for 2 servings)
Coconut milk 300 ml
1 ripe mango
Condensed milk 50 gr
Fresh milk without sugar 30 ml
Passion fruit juice 50 ml

White sugar 40 gr
Ice 600 gr
Step 1:
Select the ripe mangoes, the acidity will remain and the flesh is not too soft. Peel the mango, cut the flesh, remove the seeds. With 200gr of mango meat, you take 50gr and cut it into small pieces, the remaining 150gr you bring to a fine puree.
Step 2:
2 passion fruit, cut in half, filter to get 50ml of juice.
Step 3:
In a small pot, strain the mangoes through a sieve to remove the mango residue, add passion fruit juice, 40g of sugar, a pinch of salt and 100ml of filtered water.
Step 4:
Bring to a boil, then lower the selection, slug for about 10 minutes until the mango sauce is a bit sticky, then add 50 grams of diced mango, cook for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat, let the sauce cool and then put it in the fridge until used.
Step 5:
Make crushed coconut milk: put in the blender 300ml coconut milk, 50ml condensed milk, 30ml fresh milk without sugar and 600gr marble and then grind it finely.
Step 6:
When using crushed coconut milk into a glass, add mango pomegranate seeds on top, and finally drizzle with mango sauce to enjoy.
