On May 17-18, 2019, Cubes Asia in collaboration with the World Specialty Coffee Association - SCA successfully organized two classes on Barista Skills - Barista Skill and Sensory Skill class in Hanoi. .
Participating in the above 2 sessions, Cubes Asia is pleased to become the organizer under the enthusiastic support of the Barista community in Hanoi, special customer units from Simonelli Group - The machine manufacturer. Coffee maker, top coffee grinder today.
Under the guidance of Mr. Mr. Lauro Fioretti – Product Manager of Simonelli Group– 24 years of experience in the coffee industry; Judge of WBC 2006; Coaches are licensed by SCAE with most modules.
Besides, Mr. Lauro is also a creative member of the SCAE association for Barista Skills; SCAE Research Committee, WCE Guidelines Development Committee and Q-Grader.
Both lessons helped Barista, coffee lover and everyone get an overview of coffee, ways to recognize the correct coffee flavor. Not only that, the class itself has brought more cohesion to the Hanoi Barista community.
