At the beginning, Vin Barista would like to introduce to you a perfect combination of coffee and desiccated coconut, for a great experience and extremely unique taste: Desiccated coconut Frappuccino.
Simple, easy to make, and delicious, it will certainly be difficult for you to resist the attractiveness of the fatty taste of coconut milk mixed with a bit of bitterness and richness from the coffee flavor.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredient:
- 1 cup of black coffee
- 3 cups of light-fat coconut milk
- 1/4 bowl of coconut rice
- 2 teaspoons Chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon powder cocoa
Making:
- 1 night before, put coconut milk in an ice tray, then put it in the freezer until you want to use it. Normally, a glass of Frappuccino like this only needs 8-10 pieces is just enough
- Spread the coconut rice evenly on the baking tray, then dry it on the stove for 5 minutes at a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius.
- Put all the above ingredients in a blender and blend well
- If you want your coffee to be fatter, add more coconut milk
- If you want your coffee to be sweeter, add chocolate syrup
- Use immediately after processing. Can be decorated with cream and topping (optional).
Very simple and easy to prepare, right? What's better than rewarding yourself with a greasy, delicious and "Made by myself" coffee after a stressful and tiring day, right? There's no need to go to Starbucks and still have a great cup of coffee, what's better than that!
