Touchscreen display

Eureka Firenze 85 provides an intuitive touchscreen with 3 programmable doses and “Extra Dose” mode with possibility to activate or deactivate the dose Pre Selection. User can receive Burrs Maintenance Alert customized according to the burrs type and material on this screen.

Total Control System

"Total Control System” allowing the user to set a password for the grinder. Due to that, user can manage and protect the advanced settings while still able to provide permission to access settings for specific person.

Stepless micrometric adjustment

The Stepless Micrometric Adjustment allows for unparalleled control over the fineness or coarseness of the coffee grounds. Unlike stepped adjustment systems, which lock users into predefined settings, the stepless system ensures that the grind size can be fine-tuned for brewing espresso, pour-over, or even French press.

ACE System

The ACE System ensures that the coffee grounds flow smoothly by reducing static electricity and preventing clumping. This feature is critical in maintaining the consistency of the grind, particularly when preparing espresso, where clumps can negatively affect extraction.

Summary

The Eureka Firenze 85 is a high-performance grinder & excellent investment for any coffee business. It's built for professionals who prioritize consistency, precision, and efficiency. With its powerful motor, 85mm flat burrs, and the ACE System, it’s designed to deliver superior results in high-demand environments.
