KEY FEATURES

General

ECM Mechanika MAX is a well crafted and intelligent heat exchanger espresso machine equipped with a professional rotary pump. It can be operated from the integrated water tank as well as connected to the main water supply with a water filter. The 1.9L boiler provides powerful steaming and maintains a stable temperature. A seperate hot water outlet serves for tea.

User Interface

The two round mechanical gauges at the top of the front display the boiler and pump pressure.
The LED display serves as a shot timer and also allows setting the PID temperature, pre-infusion type, a reminder for group cleaning, automatic on/off time and ECO mode.
The lever valves for steam and hot water allow easy and quick activation and control.

PID controller

With its advanced PID system, the ECM Mechanika allows for the adjustment and monitoring of either the group head temperature or the boiler temperature. The MAX provides two operational modes to ensure optimal brewing temperatures.

ECM Group

The superior ECM group head is based on the legendary E61 group which has been improved in many details to ensure temperature stability and an extended lifespan. It can be equipped with a pressure control valve for pressure profiling. This valve is available as an accessoire.

Smart HX® Technology with flush advisor

The new Smart HX® system represents a significant advancement in temperature stability. With an intelligent control system, your coffee machine maintains a very stable brewing temperature. This system combines the advantages of both single-boiler and heat exchange machines, offering strong steam without delay and a thermal compensated brewing group.
