Đã dùng qua khá nhiều loại hạt nhưng đây là loại giữ được độ ổn định tốt nhất. Dù pha espresso hay pour-over đều cho ra vị rất cân bằng. Hạt mới, dầu vừa phải, không bị cháy khét. Đặc biệt là có thể bảo quản lâu mà không xuống chất. Rất đáng tiền.
