The filter for the Solis Barista Perfetta Plus coffee machine is very simple. However, you will need some patience to perform some of the following steps
Step 1: Take the water tank out of the machine and clean the tank. Remove the BRITA water filter from the machine. Fill the water tank with 0.5l of water and 0.5l of SOLIPOL descaling solution and then insert it into the coffee machine. Clean the water tank below and re-insert it into the machine.
Step 2: Place a large water container under the group head and a milk jug below the milking nozzle.
Step 3: While the indicator light to filter residue is displayed, press the “Prog.” button. The “Prog” button. and the steam button will flash red.
Step 4: Press the steam button to start the automatic sediment filter process. The “Prog” button. and the steam button will flash rapidly during sediment filtration. Filtration time will last up to 15 minutes with several filtration rounds. During any filter cycle, turn on the hot water/steam switch (M) to filter the residue in the steam faucet. How to clean the extraction head of the Barista Perfetta Plus machine
Cleaning the group head is very important because a lot of coffee oil and old coffee grounds will stay in the group head when preparing. So how to clean the group head correctly? Do the following steps:
Step 1: Clean the water tank. Fill the water tank up to the highest mark. Place a large pot or glass below the top of the group.
Step 2: Take a 2-shot funnel into the handle, pour descaling agent into the filter funnel and attach the filter funnel set to the top of the group.
