- Do not overfill the "max" mark on the mosa cream sprayer
- Put the gas into the gas holder, screw the gas holder into the tank until you hear a small hiss, which means the gas has been charged.
- Turn the bottle upside down & shake vigorously for a few more minutes.
- Remove the gas cylinder, remove the first gas and add the second gas (if using a 1L tank) shake a few more times. Finished!
** Note: Do not open the cap of the spray bottle at this time because the inside of the bottle starts to have a little pressure.
** When spraying / catching ice cream, hold the bottle upside down and shake it vigorously to spread the cream evenly & squeeze the bottle handle lightly & evenly. Do not tilt the can when applying the cream.
Newbies who use it for the first time may not be familiar with the operation or the hand spray cream is not uniform, it will be easy for the spray cream to not create volume or the cream to be sprayed too much... It's a small matter! Practice a few times and you'll get used to it right away.

TIP:
After you're done, it's best to put it in the freezer for a few minutes for the ice cream to freeze for a bit so that it looks better when you spray it out. If sprayed right away, the cream is usually a bit mushy and won't last long.
