These Robusta beans are sourced directly from farmers in Kon Tum. After harvesting, the outer skin is removed while the sticky mucilage layer is kept and dried under sunlight. During drying, the sugars from the mucilage penetrate the beans, creating a naturally sweeter flavor compared to conventional processing methods. Carefully roasted, ALAMBÉ Kon Tum delivers excellent quality and works beautifully with milk-based drinks such as Latte and Cappuccino. It also offers an interesting flavor profile when brewed as an Americano or Café crème.
