Schaerer Coffee Skye is the newest member of the Schaerer family of products. This machine is designed for coffee making needs with a capacity of up to 180 cups/hour or 180 cups/day. This makes it a perfect choice between Schaerer Coffee Club and Schaerer Coffee Soul 10 and 12.

With Schaerer Coffee Skye's 8-inch high-resolution touch screen, preparing drinks is easy and convenient. The screen also has the ability to play video, allowing the display of attractive content such as animations and advertisements when the device is in standby mode. Three graphical user interfaces "Guest", "Favorite" and "Staff" allow optimal customization for each different business model.
Installation and maintenance are simple and convenient
Easy installation: All connections required for the installation of Schaerer Coffee Skye, including mains power, additional appliances, mains water supply where applicable and drain lines are easily accessible from the front machine. Even the connection of the drain line can be disassembled without tools.
Quick maintenance: A special feature for daily maintenance is the functional lighting system on both sides of the main coffee output throat. This system notifies the current operating status of the machine in the following colors: white (ready to operate), yellow (needs to be performed soon) and red (needs to be performed immediately). Thanks to that, maintenance staff can easily identify remotely whether the machine needs intervention or not.
Foam pure milk system: Creates delicious cups of coffee
The Schaerer Coffee Skye coffee maker is equipped with the new Pure Foam milk system, which helps create delicious cups of coffee with smooth hot milk foam. The Pure Foam milk system uses advanced technology to precisely control temperature and pressure, creating hot milk and milk foam with great smoothness and flavor. The outlet temperature of hot milk and milk foam ranges from50°C to 70°C, suitable for many different types of coffee. With the Pure Foam milk system, you can easily create delicious and attractive cups of cappuccino, latte, macchiato,..., giving customers great experiences.
