Today, coffee is always a familiar and popular drink. Here are some types of coffee that coffee lovers should enjoy at least once in their life, because of its extremely attractive taste and extremely strange processing.
Weasel coffee
Weasel coffee or weasel coffee is the name of a special coffee, a drink that is classified as the rarest in the world. This type of coffee is widely available in Indonesia. It is also commonly known as Kopi Luwak. There are quite a few people who will have to "shrug, shiver" with the processing of this coffee. People process this type of coffee by feeding the weasel (spotted civet) ripe coffee berries, after being unable to digest, the coffee beans will be excreted through the faeces. These beans are then picked, separated, dried and used like any other coffee. This type of coffee is quite expensive, in Vietnam it costs about 3,000 USD/kg (equivalent to more than 60 million VND). It is no exaggeration to say that this is the most expensive coffee on the planet.
Coffee voi
Coffee is as expensive as weasel coffee. And with the same processing method as weasel coffee, the only difference is that the animal that eats and discharges coffee beans is an elephant. This is a specialty coffee of Thailand, in Vietnam now also produced in a small amount in Dak Lak. Elephant coffee is equally expensive, sometimes surpassing the price of weasel coffee, with a price of more than 1,100 USD/kg (more than 20 million VND).
Egg coffee
This is the type of coffee that one can enjoy in Vietnam, mostly in Hanoi. This coffee processing method is quite simple but also goes through many meticulous stages. Egg yolks are beaten and then mixed with freshly brewed hot coffee, adding sweetened condensed milk to create a bold, greasy, slightly fatty and delicious flavor. You may be afraid for fear of the fishy smell of raw eggs, but the perfect combination of eggs and coffee will eliminate the fishy smell, leaving only the fragrance and removing that anxiety. In Scandinavia or the US, people make this type of coffee by mixing coffee powder with yolk or egg white depending on preference, then put in boiling water and filter. Egg coffee is only good when you have it hot.
Red coal coffee
Red Charcoal Coffee, also known as Kopi Joss. A small cafe in Indonesia has become famous for its hot cup of charcoal coffee. The cause started from the cafe owner suffering from stomach pains. As he looked at the glowing red coals gurgling, he had a new idea. He picked up a piece of burning coal and put it in a cup of coffee. Unexpectedly, the stomach pain was completely relieved, from then on, he started serving red coal coffee to his customers. According to careful research on Kopi Joss, sugar mixed with hot water is melted, and then hot coals are added to the coffee mixture to neutralize the acid in the coffee.
Salt coffee
You are used to putting sugar or milk in coffee. But adding salt to coffee is an obvious thing if you enjoy coffee in Siberia, Turkey, Hungary,... Salt makes coffee more fragrant, less bitter, dense and rich. Therefore, instead of sugar, they often put a small jar of salt next to diners.

Besides, this is a good drink for your health, add a little butter to your coffee when drinking, you will have more energy, lose weight, overcome constipation.
Cheese coffee
Swedes often put a piece of cheese in their hot coffee. Cheese makes bitter coffee will be richer and fatter. Choosing the right cheese for coffee is also something that Swedes or Hispanics are very interested in. They often eat bread when using this type of coffee.
Lemon coffee
Originally from Ageria under the name Mazagran. With a new way to prepare lemon coffee, it has become an extremely popular drink in Portugal and Brazil. Mazagran is known as a hot coffee poured directly over ice and served in a low, narrow glass. At that time, this drink reduces the heat, has a slight sour taste and works very well in reducing headaches after a stressful working day. It is described in the Black Continent as a type of coffee drunk with water instead of milk.
