- 4 cups watermelon chunks, frozen
- 3 limes, juiced
- 10 mint leaves
- pinch of sea salt
- Put all of your ingredients in a high powered blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
I keep a whole bag of watermelon chunks in my freezer for this recipe. You should freeze your watermelon chunks for at least 2 hours or until completely frozen.
